Recruiter (Bangkok)
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Operation Department / Head of Administration in planning of the proper manpower. 
  • The recruiter must have knowledges of the welfare, income, and expenses of new security guard.
  • Meeting with the Operations Department / Recruitment Team for ensuring that all works of recruiter are in compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, images and work standards. 
  • Prepare daily summary report of recruiting security guard and send to Operations Manager / Head of Recruitment.
  • Full responsibility for maintaining and recruiting security personnel to the company.
Requirements
  • A secondary school certificate or higher 
  • Computer competencies.

Accounts Officer – A/P
Responsibilities
  • Review and audits of purchase orders, invoices, other claims for payment generated by each department, check for authorised approval, and record accounts payable. 
  • Establish of general journal voucher for Guardforce Thailand’s payments generated by each department within. 
  • Verify that expenditures follow the policies of Guardforce Thailand for purchasing and ensures that expenditures are recorded against the appropriate accounts and follow generally accepted accounting principles. 
  • Implement accurately and timely the processes of cheque printing and payment transfer.
  • Process Guardforce Thailand’s basic payment such as fee for service contracts, licenses, lease agreements, rental agreements, utility expenses, etc. 
  • Ensure all accounts payable are reconciled with general ledger account balance.  
  • Adjust monthly accrued expenses. 
  • Process withholding tax and Input VAT as per the requirements of the law and regulations .
  • Prepare monthly internal reports of creditors’ status, Input VAT, Withholding Tax and other accounting reports as assigned. 
Requirements
  • A degree in  Accounting/Finance is required/preferred. 
  • A minimum 2-3 year of accounting/finance knowledge, skills, experience in general industry/companies/organizations. 
  • Good English communications and computer competencies.

Area Manager (Bangkok)
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Operations Manager – CSP in order to plan, implement and monitor CSP business and manpower within the business area assigned.
  • Act as the representative of the Company in dealing with the client or the client’s representative in terms of business transaction/ relationship. 
  • Achieve the CSP sales target, within the assigned areas, as planned quarterly/ yearly.
  • Ensure Deputy Area Manager, Inspector and Supervisor work as directed.
  • Ensure all security personnel work and deployed at the clients’ sites as required and act as a team leader to resolve any CSP manpower shortage.
  • Report in a timely fashion to the Operations Manager any on-site situation and provide plans, recommendations and reports when needed.
  • Plan recruitment process in order to fulfill and strengthen up his/her Area  manpower.
Requirements
  • A degree in General Management is required/preferred.
  • A minimum 3 years of security knowledge, skills, experience in security industry/companies/organizations.
  • Good English communications and computer competencies.

Control Room Officer (GF Bangna)
Responsibilities
  • Register into the system on-site shifts reported by security personnel nationwide.
  • Record and updates each zone’s security personnel’s actual working hours/ days, absences, and generates the report confirming working status.
  • Perform a check post function ensuring the on-site manpower complies with the agreement between Guardforce and clients.
  • Check daily double-shift done on-site and makes a report without delay.
  • Key in and updates schedule provided by each zone.
  • Ensure all servers, data collection units and systems installed within the control room are fully operational at all times.
Requirements
  • A degree in General Management or related is required/preferred.
  • A minimum 1-2 years of general administration/ call centre knowledge, skills, experience in general industry/companies/organizations.

Security Guard
Responsibilities
  • Must stay in touch with security supervisors, must show good judgment and common sense, follow directions and directives from supervisors and follow company policy and guidelines. 
  • Should have a professional appearance and attitude and be able to interact with the public. They also must be able to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other dangerous incidents. 
  • Be on duty  and must provide kindly services to clients.
  • Good communication skill to coordinate with building security team.
  • Be able to response to all emergency situations and be able to use all safety equipment that installed for emergency use.

Senior Store Officer
Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming shipments of ES equipments, including items of electronic security systems, etc.
  • Verify all shipments are in compliance with purchasing orders, including terms and conditions of quality and quantity.
  • Manage Perfekt’s storeroom and warehouse items and compile information on receipts or disbursement of ES equipments and items of electronic security systems.
  • Ensure all items are packed, listed, and stored accurately against the stock account and shelves.
  • Ensure all disbursements/ issue are permitted with authorised approval signature.
  • Report lists of depleted, defective or unusable items.
  • Update daily stock book in order to keep all items updated.
  • Ensure storeroom is kept clean and tidy.
Requirements
  • A degree in  Accounting/Finance/General Management is required/preferred or.
  • A minimum 2-3 year of store/ warehouse knowledge, skills, experience in general industry/companies/organizations.

Cleaner
Responsibilities
  • Do all cleaning in all areas that are assigned to.
  • Check for tidiness and cleanliness in all areas that are assigned to.
  • Collect all garbages and have them moved to the area AOT stipulates.

Porter
Responsibilities
  • Provide customers the service information of left luggage regulations and service charge as per the conditions of the service.
  • Check and ensure that customers belongings are not damaged or ruined, if they have been damaged or ruined the incumbent must record into the LL form.

Security Agent
Responsibilities
  • Observe around ramp areas and other areas as assigned
  • Observe and search body of people who is allowed to enter the ramp areas, cargo areas and cabin areas, etc.
